Survival of the Fit, Only the Strong Survive

Since I can't seem to get my mind nor my money right, I can at least try to get my body right.  Today marks the start of a fitness competition between myself and 3 other friends.  There can be only 1 winner, based on the percentage of body fat lost. 

I woke up at 5:00AM this morning and did 30 minutes on the elliptical, and followed that up with breakfast.  Here is a little look at how my diet is going to look everyday for the next 90 days:

breakfast (5:45AM): 5 hard boiled eggwhites and a whole wheat flatbread, also took an eca stack
mid morning snack (8:30AM): Chocolate Protein Bar
Lunch (11:30AM): Chicken Breast seasoned with Mrs. Dash and Japanese Wild Grain Rice (Multivitamin as well)
Mid Afternoon Snack (2PM): Almonds/banana
Pre-workout (4:30-5:00PM): Protein Shake
Post-workout (7:30PM): Protein Shake/Apple
Dinner (9:00PM) Salmon and Broccoli
Late Night Snack (11:30PM) Almonds

I'll update you guys with some progress pics.  Also, my weigh-in results are as follows:  208.4 pounds with 24.8 percent bodyfat
