When i was 9 years old, the first pair of Jordan's I've ever laid my eyes on were my cousin's brand new black Infrared VI's. The all black color with the subtle infrared accents and the windows in the tongue had me hypnotized. From that point on, I wanted a pair of Jordan's. I asked my mom to take me to the mall so I can persuade her into getting me a pair. Not knowing about how much a pair of J's cost, she nearly fainted after seeing the $100+ price tag. Needles to say, I didn't get a pair of Jordan's and I continued to rock LA Gear, Pro Wings, and Reeboks till they fell apart.
Now that I am older and have a job, I have the means to buy pieces of my childhood that eluded me all these years. With that said, I've bought a sh*tload of shoes throughout the years to fill that void. Lol. No matter how old i am getting, Jordan's (III,IV, V, VI, VIII, XI, XIII) will always have a place in my heart...errrrr closet. IMO, they are timeless and will always be fashionable.
With that being said, these White Cement IV's have been on my wish list for the past 10 years. FINALLY, they are confirmed to release in February 2012.
$150 price tag. Put me down for 2 please...
